Pre-MBA experience includes five years in management consulting at Deloitte driving global technology deployments and M&A due diligence deals. I thrive when leading and working with diverse teams that build new and exciting things.
I'm passionate about using design-thinking and lean start-up methodologies to identify complex problems, rapidly test and iterate, and deliver solutions rooted in human-centered insights. As a former college athlete and starting Tight-End for the Vanderbilt Commodores, I am fascinated by what motivates people. I followed this interest to pursue a Masters in Organizational Leadership at Vanderbilt, where I studied Social Psychology, Group Behavior, and Leadership Theory.
